How do I buy a domain?

Do I own my domain?

During that time, the owner has exclusive rights to use the domain name for their website and other online services, but they do not actually own the domain outright. However, the registration can be renewed indefinitely, effectively allowing the owner to maintain ownership of the domain name for as long as they continue to renew it.

Do you offer social media management?

No. However we do have many contacts who specialize in this area and can happily refer you.

Will you maintain my website?

Website maintenance can be an ongoing process, depending on the scale of your website. Through WordPress, many aspects can be automated but there will occasionally be issues that need attending. If you aren't confident in dealing with these on your own, we can certainly help you out!

Will my website be mobile friendly?

Absolutely! With the majority of internet users using mobile devices over desktop, all of our websites are designed in a "mobile first" method. And all of our projects look great on all devices and screen sizes.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes, this is one of the reasons we choose WordPress as our preferred platform. It has a great interface for any user to make changes and updates to their own website.

Do you work with everyone?

No. We only work with clients whose values don't clash with our own. There are many businesses with questionable ethics and motives and we refuse to work with these. As well, certain projects are outside the scope of our specialties. Ultimately we want our potential clients to have the best results possible, even if that means referring them to someone who is more specialized in a certain area than us.
